Cotton procurement centre sought

SANGAREDDY: Medak MP Vijayashanti urged in a letter to Chief Minister K. Rosaiah to take steps for the establishment of cotton procurement centre at Sadasivapet going by farmers’ demand. Ms. Vijayashanti, in a release on Thursday, also urged the Chief Minister to take steps for hiking of MSP for cotton from the existing Rs.3,000 to Rs.4,000.-Staff Reporter
