Deputy collectors’ recruitment

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Land Revenue Staff Association has claimed that an understanding has been reached with the government on reserving 80 per cent of the vacancies of deputy collectors for recruitment from among the Revenue Department staff. Association general secretary P.P.P. Ashraf said in a statement here on Friday that a decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of representatives of Revenue staff organisations and Revenue Principal Secretary Nivedita P.
