Terror attack?: The scene at National Defence College in New Delhi on Wednesday which according to the FBI was reported to be one of the targets of LeT.
NEW DELHI: The Delhi police have not yet received any official intimation for a review of the security arrangement for the National Defence College here, allegedly one of the targets of a Lashkar-e-Taiba module whose two suspected members were recently arrested in the United States by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
“We have not received any directive. All necessary measures required to provide security cover to vital government installations, including NDC, are in place. Adequate deployments have been made and patrolling carried out at regular intervals,” said a senior cop. NDC also has its own security set-up. According to reports, the FBI came to know about the LeT plan through the tapped conversations of its arrested suspected members.
