Plays to be staged

Kozhikode: As many as six plays written and directed by the students of the English Department at the Malabar Christian College (MCC), as part of a University Grants Commission (UGC) research project, will be staged at the Rev. Muller Auditorium at the MCC here on Monday. A batch of Plus I students from Himayathul Islam Higher Secondary School will be invited to the programme. Playwright Jayaprakash Kulur will open the show at 2 p.m. on Monday, a press release issued here on Saturday said.
