KOLLAM: Agriculture Minister Mullakara Ratnakaran called for the promotion of cinema literacy to enjoy good films. He was inaugurating a workshop on “film acting” here on Sunday organised in connection with the Kerala State Children’s Educational Film festival underway here. “Good films often flop at the box office due to lack of cinema literacy,” he said. — Staff Reporter
