Ram won the under-16 singles titles in the boys and girls’ sections respectively in the Ramesh Padukone-Mehul Sirur memorial inter-school badminton championship at Canara Union here. S. Siddarth (National Public School) defeated Daniel Farid (Riverdale HS) 21-7, 21-19 while Poorvisha (Yenkay Education Society) beat Mira Mahadevan (Vidyashilp) 21-11, 21-12 to take the girls’ title.
