NEW DELHI: A student of Acharya Narendra Dev College who won the first prize in an essay competition conducted by the Union Environment and Forests Ministry and WWF will attend the UN Convention on Climate Change in Copenhagen on December 7. Nineteen-year-old Ruchika Pokhriyal won the “Prithvi Ratna National Essay Writing Competition for Youth on Climate Change”.
