Cultural events and sports competitions marked the Children’s Day celebrations organized by SAVE, an NGO, for the rescued child labourers in Tirupur on Thursday.

About 200 rescued child workers, who were presently studying in the regular schools as well as the special schools run under the ambit of National Child Labour Project (NCLP), took part.
