Sentenced

Fast Track Court judge Moideen Pitchai sentenced S. Prakash (26) and K. Sivan (33) to seven years imprisonment for robbing two moped riders at Anupparpalayam in Tirupur, in 2006.

The duo, who came on a motorcycle, attacked Kamalakannan and Jaganathan with deadly weapons after intercepting their moped and then took away cash of Rs 38,000.
