Houses inspected

VIRUDHUNAGAR: Collector Sigy Thomas Vaidhyan on Saturday inspected houses in the newly inaugurated Samathuvapuram at Athithanendal near Narikudi. Ms. Vaidhyan went door-to-door to verify whether only the original allottees were residing in the houses or the units had been sub-let to others.

However, she did not find any discrepancies, an official said. Inmates of two houses complained of water seepage during rain.
