Scribes stage dharna

Journalists staged a dharna on the National Highway at Gannavaram airport accusing the security personnel of the airport of humiliating them on Saturday. Chief Minister K. Rosaiah arrived at the airport on the scheduled flight and he was on his way to Tenali. A few journalists and cameramen reached the airport to interview the Chief Minister. On their way to the lounge, they were prevented by the security personnel. A cameraman from a news channel accused the security personnel of manhandling him. Expressing their resentment over the incident, the scribes sat on a dharna.
