Christmas cake mixing

The Christmas cake mixing ceremony began in style at Dolphin Hotel.

Dolphin General Manager V. Rajendra Prasad, Chef Pankaj Kumar and other executives along with special guests saw mixing 75 kg of fruit, spices, rum and other ingredients at Vasundhara banquet hall

The cake mixture will be allowed to mature for one and half month before it is baked as the Christmas pudding and rich fruit cake.
