Good response to science exhibition

Raising awareness: Students explaining their models to Bidar South MLA Bandeppa Kashempur at an art and science exhibition in Bidar.

BIDAR: A two-day art and science exhibition organised by Gnyana Sudha Education Society on its premises here was inaugurated by Bidar South MLA Bandeppa Kashempur on Saturday.

The exhibition was organised to raise awareness on “global warming”.

Students of the society displayed models on melting of glaciers, destruction of forests endangering wildlife, animals on the list of extinction, reflection of light, maintenance of cleanliness, and Edusat.

Apart from models, there was an audio-visual presentation on “Extinction of foodgrains in Bidar”.

The art and science exhibition evoked a good response, according to the society authorities.
