Saurabh scores three
NEW DELHI: Three goals by Saurabh Chhabra powered Bhatnagar International School, Vasant Kunj, to a 6-1 victory over Manavsthali Public School in the junior boys’ section of the 27th S.S. Mota Singh memorial inter-school hockey tournament at the Mota Singh School ground, Block-A, Janakpuri. Ankit (2) and Dinesh Sharma scored the other goals for the winner. Rohan scored the only goal for the loser.
In another match, Guru Nanak Public School, Punjabi Bagh, beat Guru Harkrishan Public School, Hargobind Enclave, 4-0, following the goals by Gurpreet Singh, Banmeet Singh, Kanwar Singh and Mayank Arora. — Special Correspondent
