VRO arrested in ACB case

HYDERABAD: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials on Tuesday arrested Boya Talari Ramalingappa, H. Muravani Village Revenue Officer, in Kurnool district, after he accepted a bribe of Rs.2,000 from the complainant for doing an official favour. The VRO had demanded the amount for issuing the pattadar passbook and title deed. The officials seized the tainted amount. He is being produced before the Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad. –Special Correspondent
