Liberhan report full of conjectures: JP
Special Correspondent
HYDERABAD: Lok Satta Party president Jayaprakash Narayan has demanded an enactment of law for empowering the Centre to deploy its forces anywhere in the country to address major law and order problems.
Addressing media persons here on Tuesday, Dr. Narayan said the Liberhan Report on the Babri Masjid demolition was full of conjectures and without any solid evidence to nail any culprits for Babri Masjid demolition in 1992. The criminal cases registered after the mosque demolition were still pending and none had been convicted exposing the need for an independent criminal investigation authority and independent prosecution machinery.
