Implement laws for elders: Governor

BANGALORE: The Government should implement the provisions of The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens’ Act 2007, Governor H.R. Bhardwaj said here on Wednesday. Speaking at the 19th anniversary of the Senior Citizens Club and Club Elders Day, he said enforcement of the Act was necessary to ensure the elders get their due share.
