Two students bag Aviva scholarships

Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: Anjali Chandra of NASR School and Isha Kanaskar of Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan emerged winners of city finals of Aviva Young Scholar Nat Geo Junior Hunt conducted here on Tuesday. Apart from winning scholarships from Aviva Life Insurance, the two will represent the city at the next level of the programme, said a press release. The winners will represent their respective cities at an adventure camp, of which only four among them will make it to the national finals, the release said. Earlier, the city test started with a ‘Think again’ test followed by scientifically-designed rounds that included games, puzzles, debates and thinking out of the box challenges. The school engagement programme is an endeavour by National Geographic Channel to provide an intelligent platform for children to showcase their talent through a simulating and invigorating learning experience, the release added.
