NELLORE: A youth, Venkata Ramana, allegedly kidnapped and tried to rape a 16-year-old girl in the city on Friday. The victim was an inmate of a Social Welfare Hostel. The accused who is a village servant took the girl to the fields on and tried to rape her. -Staff Reporter
