Bangalore: With most of the problems facing the conduct of Common Admission Test (CAT) 2009 for management courses resolved, the candidates took the test at various centres in the city on Sunday without much anxiety on encountering technical problems. According to the faculty members of the colleges where CAT is being held, a sign of comfort was visible on the faces of candidates. The SMSs that the candidates received from their friends taking the test in the morning session, particularly in the centres which witnessed technical problems during first a few days of tests, made many candidates, who appeared for the test in the second session, heave a sigh of relief, said a teaching member of Vivekananda College, Rajajinagar. Prometric, conducting tests for IIMs, claimed that it had managed to overcome all major technical problems and is hoping that the candidates may not face any problem during the last three sessions of the test (two session on Monday) and one session on Tuesday.
