S Tel plans to launch GSM mobile services

CHENNAI: S Tel, a joint venture between Siva group and BMIC, a subsidiary of Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco), has announced its plan to launch GSM mobile services. According to a release, the company will commence operations beginning with the Himachal Pradesh telecom circle within this week. — Corporate Reporter
