Funds for Nilgiris works

CHENNAI: Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi has ordered the release of Rs.25 crore from the Disaster Relief Fund for works in the Nilgiris district. It will be used to repair roads, rectify power systems and for other works of the Rural Development Department, Tamil Nadu Water Supply Board and Drainage Board and the Public Works Department, according to a release.
