PRC term extended

HYDERABAD: The term of the Pay Revision Commission headed by retired IAS officer C. S. Rao has been extended till December 31 as sought by it to complete its job.

With this, the submission of its report to the government with recommendations for a revision of the pay-scales and allowances to its staff before December-end became certain. Employees’ organisations are already resenting the delay in submission of the report.

The Government has also sanctioned additional staff to the commission.
