Youth ends life

Hyderabad: Telugu ‘Sankethika Nipunnula Vibhagam’s Chittoor unit member M. Chaitanya, of Medapadu village near Puttur, reportedly committed suicide in support of a united Andhra Pradesh. P. Srikanth Reddy, TSNV president, urged members of the organisation not to resort to such acts.

Kadapa Special Correspondent adds: Chandrasekhar, an ITI student of Lingala in Pulivendula mandal set himself ablaze and attempted to end his life in his house in Singapuram village in Yellanur mandal in Anantapur districtanguished at the arrest of Kadapa MLC Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy.

Terming his condition as critical, doctors in Pulivendula sent him to RIMS Hospital in Kadapa on Monday.
