KADAPA: Though the bandh will continue in Kadapa district for the third day on Tuesday as part of the 72-hour bandh call, but shops will be opened for sometime in order to avoid hardships to the people , Congress MLA C. Adinarayana Reddy, who is fasting for the fourth day said on Monday. Bus and rail traffic movement would not be obstructed, but all the government offices, schools and colleges would be closed on December 22, he announced at the hunger strike camp in front of the Collectorate. An incident-free bandh continued for the second day in Kadapa district on Monday. Closure of shops, banks and ATMs has been creating immense trouble for the people.
