HYDERABAD: B. K. Swamy on Monday assumed charge as Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Ltd (APCOB), relieving T. S. Appa Rao, who has been posted as Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development department. — Special Correspondent
