Special trains

Bangalore: Special trains will be introduced between Bangalore and Quilon. Bangalore City-Quilon special (0695) will leave Bangalore at 11 p.m. on December 28 and reach Quilon at 2.05 p.m. the next day. In the return direction, Quilon-Bangalore City special (0696) will leave Quilon at 4.45 p.m. on December 27 and December 29 and reach Bangalore at 10 a.m. the next day.

The train will run from Bangalore to Quilon via Bangalore Cantonment, Krishnarajapuram, Whitefield, Bangarpet, Kuppam, Salem, Erode, Tirupur, Podanur, Palakkad, Trichur, Alwaye, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur and Kayankulam Junction.
