PALAKKAD: The K.P.S. Menon Memorial Award was presented to T.K.A. Nair, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, by head of the royal family of erstwhile Travancore Uthradom Tirunal Mathanda Varma at a function at Ottapalam, near here, on Sunday. M. Hamsa, MLA, presided. Dinesh Arora, Director, National Rural Health Mission, P.T. Narendra Menon, vice-chairperson of the Chettur Sankaran Nair Trust, among others, spoke.
