Palamuru students begin fast for Telangana

MAHABUBNAGAR: Demand for separate Telangana agitation in Mahabubnagar gets an impetus with 13 students of Palamuru University have began fast unto death on the campus on Sunday.

Members of JAC, Banjara Krantidal and public representative of various political parties, including Mahabubnagar MLA N.Rajeshwar Reddy expressed solidarity with the students. A relay fast was also taken up by the members of JAC of Teachers and employees along with activists of BJP and other parties near TNGO’s home. Meanwhile protesters attacked the office of the mandal resource center at Dhanwada mandal.
