Water level

MADURAI: Water level in the Periyar dam on Wednesday stood at 123.2 feet (full level 136 feet), with an inflow of 250 cusecs and a discharge of 1,200 cusecs.

The Vaigai dam had water at 56.92 feet (71 feet) with the reservoir having an inflow of 1,009 cusecs.

The discharge from the dam was 1,875 cusecs. The combined Periyar-Vaigai storage was 5,123 mcft.
