SALEM: An employee of a public sector bank was placed under suspension temporarily for allegedly committing irregularities in the distribution of loans.

According to sources, the employee, while working in the bank’s branch in Gugai, reportedly committed irregularities.

Based on an inquiry, the bank suspended the official.
