Flex board ban

Bangalore: Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Urban Development S. Suresh Kumar on Tuesday said the State Government has banned flex boards, banners and hoardings in a radius of 1 km from the Vidhana Soudha. The ban will come into effect from January 5, 2009.

Addressing presspersons, Mr. Kumar said only flex boards related to Government programmes would be allowed to be installed around the Vidhana Soudha on the day of the programme.
