Toll free number launched

KORAPUT: A toll free number was launched in the emergency office on Monday by Sanjeev Kumar Panda, DIG, South West Region for receiving grievances from people in relation to the NREGS work in Koraput district. The help line number 06852-1077 could now be used by the public for twelve hours from 8 a.m. everyday, Rajesh Pravakar Patil, district Collector said.

He also flagged off the special vehicle of Koraput block decorated with messages on NREGS for moving in the rural areas of the block sensitising people on the salient features of the scheme.
