General Prakash goes on leave

New Delhi: Facing action for his role in the Darjeeling land scam, Military Secretary Lt. Gen. Avadesh Prakash on Wednesday proceeded on a 10-day leave, even as the government said Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor would take action against all four senior officers involved in the proposed sale of the civilian estate.
