South African’s murder case cracked

Special Correspondent

TAMBARAM: The case related to the mysterious murder of a South African national at a house in Madambakkam on New Year day has been solved with the arrest of three men, all of them South African nationals. Though the police were tight-lipped, a section of the force said they had arrested the prime suspect, Samson, in whose house Immanuel Bennet was found dead. According to them, Samson allegedly owed Rs.3,000 to Immanunel, who had been reminding him for months together. When Immanuel came to Samson’s house at Shanthi Niketan Colony, that evening, Samson murdered him and fled. His close friends Henry and John Chidi had allegedly connived with him. Investigation by special teams and the Selaiyur police revealed that following the murder, the suspects had travelled to different parts of India. A team went to New Delhi, where the suspects were arrested.
