Rosaiah expresses shock over student’s death

HYDERABAD: Chief Minister K. Rosaiah has expressed shock and grief over the death of MCA student Venugopal Reddy who committed suicide in support of the demand for separate Telangana. In a message, the Chief Minister said the Central government was seized of the matter and studying all aspects of the statehood demand for the region in depth. Moreover, it was not proper on the part of the people, youth and students in particular, to resort to extreme steps such as suicides in such issues, he said.
