HCL Info opens centre in Puducherry

CHENNAI: HCL Infosystems has inaugurated its enterprise resource centre (ERC) in Puducherry. Operating primarily as managed service provider (MSP), the centre would be part of the remote infrastructure management (RIM). It will be using and deploying various remote support and management tools that will virtually allow ERC to control and manage the customer’s entire IT operations off-site, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
