Police recruitment test postponed
Kakinada: The written examination for stipendiary cadet sub-inspectors, assistant sub-inspectors, constables (civil and armed reserve) and drivers of Police Communications, Police Transport Organisation and Finger Prints division to be held from January 27 to February 1 has been postponed by the State-level Police Recruitment Board.
Fresh dates will be announced in due course, according to Eluru Range DIG Mahesh M. Bhagawat.
Workshop
The Ideal College of Arts and Sciences is organising a one-day State-level workshop on ‘innovative teaching techniques for quality education’ on its premises here from 10 a.m. of January 23, according to a press release by college correspondent P. Chiranjeevini Kumari.
JNTU-Kakinada Vice-Chancellor Allam Appa Rao will inaugurate the event. National Assessment and Accreditation Council (Bangalore) executive member V. Prasad Kodali and K. Rama Mohan Rao of Andhra University Department of Commerce and Management Studies are participating in the programme as the resource persons.
