Three persons injured

Staff Reporter

Bangalore: Three persons of a family were injured when leakage from an LPG cylinder set fire to their house in Krishnappa Layout near Subbarayanapalya on Saturday morning.

The Banaswadi police gave the names of the injured as Raju, his wife, Gajalakshmi, and their relative, Shivashankar. Ms. Gajalakshmi forgot to turn off the regulator on Friday night, resulting in the gas leak.

When she switched on the kitchen light the following morning, the electrical spark ignited the gas.

The explosion damaged a few windows, doors and walls of the house.
