Birth certificates

Thiruvananthapuram: The City Corporation said in a statement here on Saturday that activities in connection with the issue of birth certificates, including receipt of applications, under the “unique identity card for children” project would be suspended on Sunday. The process would resume on Monday. Parents could get application forms for birth certificates of their children from the Corporation’s zone-level offices at Attipra, Kadakampally, Fort, Ulloor, Nemom and Thiruvallam on a fee of Rs.2. — Staff Reporter
