KOZHIKODE: The city police will examine the transcript of the speech made by Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Praveen Togadia here on Sunday to ascertain if it amounted to promoting enmity between groups on grounds of religion. A senior police officer said legal opinion would be sought on if the speech attracted a case.
