KALPETTA: The Ambalavayal police arrested Kamarudheen, 27, for allegedly storing detonators in his house at Illikkal in Ambalavayal in the district on Saturday evening. The police said 11,500 detonators, valued at Rs.50,000, were seized. Kamarudheen said he had kept the detonators for supply to the granite quarries in the area, the police added. — A Correspondent
