Man beaten to death allegedly by neighbour

New Delhi: A 45-year-old deaf and dumb person was allegedly beaten to death by his neighbour following a quarrel involving their sons.

Police, however, are awaiting the post morterm report as they suspected that the victim might have died due to cardiac arrest since he had a history of chest pain.

The victim, Mohammad Kasim, who works as book binder, was involved in a fight with his neighbour Allaudin at Welcome here, the police said.
