Solatium announced

CHENNAI: Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi on Wednesday announced solatium of Rs.50,000 each to two families in Tiruvallur district from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. An official release stated that Balachandar and Chandran died after they were hit by an autorickshaw while riding a two-wheeler on the Pallipattu - Sholingar Road. Local MLA E.S.S. Raman had requested the Chief Minister to provide solatium to their families. — Special Correspondent
