‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’ the patriotic song which has been recreated and launched on Republic Day as ‘Phir Mile Sur’ has singer Karunya lending his voice for Mahesh Babu. ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’ was launched first time in 1988 on Doordarshan. The song featuring superstars, musicians, artists, sportspersons and other icons from across the country includes Amitabh, Aishwarya Rai, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Mahesh Babu. Karunya is the only Telugu singer to have got place in the album and he says, “I feel honoured and it gives me immense pleasure to have got the opportunity.”
