Stalin goes to Delhi

CHENNAI: Deputy Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is in Delhi to participate in the Chief Ministers’ conference convened by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to discuss price rise. He will read out the speech of Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi in the conference.
