‘Winter Olympics’ for schools

HYDERABAD: Sports Promotion Association of Hyderabad will organise the inaugural ‘Winter Olympics’ for schools for boys and girls in the age groups of under-12 and 14 years at Lal Bahadur Stadium from February 11 to 14, according to D. Ganesh, general secretary.

Competitions will be held in taekwondo, basketball, football, handball, table tennis, badminton, athletics, tennis and gymnastics.
