Anantapur: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Vice-Chancellor Krishna Gandhi and Registrar Vijay Kumar signed a memorandum of understanding with the Portsmouth University in United Kingdom. They left to United Kingdom on January 24 and returned to the country on Thursday. Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, Prof. Gandhi said that as per the MOU, students from the university can go for study to UK in the fourth year under an exchange programme. They will have the benefit of two certificates — one from UK and the other from the parent university JNTU.
