Elected chief of KSBC

BANGALORE: Senior advocate Jayakumar S. Patil was on Sunday elected Chairman of the Karnataka State Bar Council (KSBC). The KSBC is the apex body of advocates in the State and Mr. Jayakumar Patil is its 33rd Chairman. Mr. Jayakumar Patil was earlier Chairman of the council in 2001-02. This is the second time he is holding the position. He said his priority was to give shape to the Advocates Academy.
