Two held in building collapse case

Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: The Narayanaguda police on Monday detained two persons in connection with the collapse of a five-storeyed building that left 13 persons, including a two-year-old boy, dead two days ago.

Alimuddin, 58, and his brother, Kaleemuddin, both residents of Mehdipatnam, were taken into custody on a tip-off. Their brother, Nizamuddin, is still at large. Interrogation of the two accused would help in catching the developer, who too was absconding, police said.
